What do you specialize in?

In the general sense, our company specializes in helping homeowners build functional and beautiful outdoor spaces. More specifically, we design and build decks, patio, porches, gazebos, pergolas, fences, sunrooms, and virtually any outdoor entertainment structure you can think of.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve most of Maryland, including Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Calvert County, Charles County, Howard County, Montgomery County, and many other areas. If you are interested in our services but unsure whether we serve your location, just give us a call!

Are you a licensed contractor?

Yes, we certainly are! North American Deck & Patio operates under the MHIC license #92404 issued by the State of Maryland. We are also properly bonded and insured to minimize any risks both for you and for our company.

How long have you been in business?

Our company has been around since 2007—for over 10 years we’ve been helping homeowners all over Maryland transform their outdoor living spaces. However, our team members have been around even longer and come with more than 20 years of construction experience.

Are you a member of the BBB?

North American Deck & Patio is accredited by the Better Business Bureau with a current rating of A+. Our BBB file was opened in 2007, and during all this time we haven’t had a single complaint about our services.

Why should I hire you?

You can reach out to a dozen contractors in the area, but it’s unlikely you will find the combination of price and value we offer at NADP. Because we keep our overheads low, we are able to pass the savings on to you. Plus, our team of contractors is extremely loyal and dedicated. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our work.

Do you offer a warranty?

As a matter of fact, we do offer a warranty on our labor. It’s very rare that any claims come through, but if you do run into any issues after the project is finished, we will be happy to help out in any way we can.

Where can I see examples of your work?

All the images you see on our website are photos of our finished projects. This is not stock photography or random pictures taken off the Internet. Photos are organized by the subject, so if you are looking for pictures of decks, go to the decks page. What do I do to get started with my project?

First of all, you need to decide what you want to do with your outdoor space. Think about how you plan on using it and then contact us for a free consultation. From there, we can help you decide which outdoor structures will better meet your needs. If you already know what you want to build, then things are even easier! We will help you every step of the way from choosing the best location, to getting the right materials.
